Bill and Therese Williams were approved as missionaries to Spain in May 1986. In September 2024, they transitioned to work with Displaced People Groups in south Texas. Bill graduated in 1984 with his BA in missions from Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO. Therese graduated in 1984 from the missions course at BBC.
