It’s Open Enrollment on the voluntary insurance options you are offered through the BBFI.  Please watch the brief 2-minute video and carefully read the memo attached that will give a complete overview.  If there are any questions, please reach out to Torrey Amstutz directly for assistance.

• Standard – Voluntary Life insurance summaries, rates, and application.
• Aflac – Cancer plan summary and rates. Email Torrey for the application.

Complete applications for each benefit if enrolling for the first time or making changes. Return applications to Torrey Amstutz. If you are not making any changes, you don’t need to do anything.
