By now, hopefully everyone has downloaded their new IMG ID cards from MyIMG. Several have been asking about the new plastic cards. Unfortunately, we don’t have an exact timeframe for the plastic cards to be issued. However, I would say it will most likely not be before April or May.  We will communicate with you prior to the new plastic cards being mailed out.

For now, continue to use the paper copy you printed from the IMG website. If you have not printed your new ID card and need assistance doing that, email (ngaines@bbfimissions.com) or call (417-862-5001) and I will be happy to assist you.

You will need the new ID card to get prescriptions filled stateside. You should also show your new card to your providers when you see them for the first time this year.
