Tis the Season!!!
Yes, we haven’t even made it to Thanksgiving yet, but I’m sure most of you have already started making plans for Christmas gifts…and giving. We, at the BBFI Mission Office would like to encourage you to think about including some of our missionaries in your year end giving plans. We are excited to present to you some of the current projects being worked on by many of our BBFI missionaries. If you would like to help out with one or more of these projects, please reach out to the Finance Office (bgarrison@bbfimissions.com) or by simply designating a portion of your contribution to the project of your choice. Thanks so much!

MAJOR REMODEL PROJECT
Stage One: Expansion of current building, new floors, new electrical, paint, roof
Cost of first stage is $50,000.

Building Sunday School buildings in Acre and in Pedra Lavrada, where they helped complete an auditorium for this congregation in early 2025.
Fencing project in their second church plant, in Hortolanida, Sao Paulo. Projected expense will be $3,300. They also desire to purchase a tent that can be set up in neighborhoods for evangelism. Fundraising goal is $2,300.

Women of Worth European Retreat in early November with 60-70 women from Ukraine and Russia.
Women of Worth Conference in February for over 600 Filipino domestic workers.

They desire to build a house on their church property. They will need to raise $25,000.

Their building project is to finish out the bathrooms, ceramic tile, drop ceilings, and kitchen appliances at their second church plant located in Villa Sandino. They will need $15,000 to finish.

They are currently under contract to purchase a property for their church. Their goal is to raise $92,000 by the end of the year to pay it off.

Construction has begun on a new church building in Zumpango. They have been blessed with a good group of believers and would like to see them in this building before the new year.

They have a Christmas outreach every year for around 80 Pakistani refugee children and 15-20 Thai children that they work with. With $1,000, they can provide gifts to these children whose parents cannot afford to give them anything for Christmas.

They are raising funds for a multi-purpose building that will serve as a children’s home, community children’s feeding center, and church activities building. They are still lacking:

They need to raise $18,000 to build a second church building this year as they partner with TrailHead International. They are also looking to purchase additional plots of land for local churches ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.

Team Guatemala will be hosting the Central America Missionary Retreat in Guatemala, February 2-6 for all BBFI and WIN missionaries (of Central America). We have taken a step of faith to cover the hotel costs, as well as 2 meals a day, for those who will attend. Any churches who would feel lead to participate can designate the gift to Missionary Retreat or CAMR.

Construction is under way for their new Church Plant, La Mesa. Along with regular building costs here are some ways that you could help fund this effort:

Every year before Christmas we host an event called El Significado del Amor. Our youth groups in all of the churches in the association save money all throughout the year to be able to purchase hygiene products and toys for a special event for children in the community of one of the churches. Transportation is one of the costs I will be helping with. Depending on how much is raised by the youth, I may also need to supplement for some of the hygiene packets and toys. The event itself will have games, worship, and a message to share the gospel.

Our church in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Bethel Baptist Church, is being led by pastor Mario Rodriguez. The church now has an opportunity to purchase the property that was offered to us this week and is located next door to the church. This property includes a small structure and a large awning. This would double the size of land they have and offer them many opportunities to expand and grow! The owner has offered the property for a bit more than $30,000.

The detailed estimate for our building project has finally arrived and came in at 350,000 euros. Between potential cost overruns and the need to properly furnish the church we are preparing for an overall budget of 400,000 euros. With 320,000 euros in the bank, the remaining 80,000 euros will be our next obstacle. (Currently converted to $93,000 USD.)

Eighteen more Sundays until Christmas! We look forward to partnering with you once more to send our youth to camp in January. It’s our desire to once again send 20 teenagers and young adults to a camp in South Africa. Our goal is to raise $190 each for twenty to be able to travel to South Africa.

Every year, Rick & Fran encourage a Christmas offering for churches, local businesses, or as an individual for the children of the Dominican Republic. “There are 150 children that depend on us to provide two nutritious meals per day. If we did not provide the meals, they would be finding their meals from the local dump.”
Presently they have received 1/3 of their goal. You might be able to give $100, $250, $500, $1000 or more. If just 19 givers gave $1000 they will reach their goal.

They would like to pay off the remainder of the church revolving fund they have been paying on for 25 years. This Zulu church is located in rural South Africa where they previously served. Their balance is $990.

Their church is growing, and they are looking for a larger space to rent and remodel. In order to facilitate getting more people to church they need to purchase a large van. $20,000 is needed for this purchase.

They need to raise at least $10,000 to finish putting on a new roof for their chapel.

To accommodate for their growing church, the Salibas are looking to buy a decent amount of land for around $400,000 and to be able to build a building on it for around $600,000. Total Project Cost: $1,000,000.

Over the past few years, the Nislys noticed that the majority of their church members were traveling a great distance to attend. They recently made the decision to move closer to the people and re-launch the church in Antipolo City near the membership. They made the shift this past June, and are currently relying on in-home meetings and Bible studies until they can raise enough funds to rent full-time a location locally that can serve the ministry needs. Their desire is to raise $4,000 by December so that they can relaunch the church in January 2026.

Several churches started by Brent and other BBFI missionaries are in need of repairs:

They are creating a dedicated space for missionary member care—a place where missionaries can rest, recover, and be renewed. This apartment will provide a peaceful retreat for up to six people at a time. Their heart is to offer debriefing, pastoral counseling, mentoring, and coaching, as well as simply a space to unplug and seek God.
They are very close to completion. The main projects that remain include Installing a kitchenette, making the staircase more child-friendly, finishing the flooring – total cost: $6,000.

In the church plant just outside of Cusco they are currently serving in seven mountain communities with the program called Tambo Kids. In December they help in each of these communities to do a CHOCOLATADA WITH PANETON, a quality toy or clothing item for the faithful children that memorize verses and participate in the Bible studies. The average cost per event in each community is $450.

They are in need of $10,000 to finish their High School. The Maasai Corner Christian Academy continues to add another grade level and in three years will host up through 12th grade (approximately 520 students). Most students (70-80%) come from Muslim families, also known as an unreached people group. They believe that many of these students will come to know Christ in their high school years and be able to confess Christ once they are old enough and out from under their Muslim father’s rule.

The Pattersons are raising funds for various needs amongst their works in the Philippines.

Every year they have a Christmas drive for the Rosebud Reservation, which is often designated as the poorest county in America. They prepare and distribute three hundred 13-gallon trash bags stuffed with toys, caps, gloves, books, and much more for the last many years. These gift bags are given away to all ages.

The Allreds broke ground in July 2025 on a new church building in a very strategic area just outside of Merida, Mexico.
Total building cost is projected to be $3,000,000 of which the church has already saved $700,000.

The church plant in Gikofe is in need of a permanent building and has already purchased the land to put it on. They have recently commenced building. It will cost just under $5,000.
The construction of the church building in Saaba continues, albeit at a much slower pace. They are seeking to complete this building project by this year’s end, and are presently about $5,000 USD short of completion.

As they are putting the final touches on the new church building there are some specific needs they are highlighting:

For the month of January, they are working on a youth camp. Their goal is to support them with $30 per youth, for a total of 25 youth. The total would be $750.
In the first week of February, children begin school, and for many children, especially in rural areas, it is difficult to obtain their school supplies. To help 40 children with supplies, they will need to raise $2,000.

They are in the process of putting a parsonage on the church property in preparation for them to receive a pastor who will take over the work. They are still in need of the following funds:

The Smiths are currently in construction of a Dining Hall for the Baptist Bible College of Tanzania.
They expect to have the building portion complete by the end of November. There is a current need for $20,000 to outfit the kitchen and to purchase tables and chairs for the sitting area.
