EOM Reports

The EOM Statement and Personal Compensation Worksheet (PCW) is emailed from the Finance Office at the end of each month. During the month, these reports can be viewed at any time through the missionary mytoolbox website.  Contributions are posted at the end of each working day.

Reserve Accounts Offered

The Finance Office can assist you with setting up reserve accounts. These may be used to organize and set aside funds before depositing them into the bank.

Money Transfers

The Finance Office can transfer funds within and from your office or bank accounts.

1. Transfers within your office accounts
2. Transfer to another missionary or mission office
3. Hold special gifts in a reserve account
4. Set-up recurring monthly transfers or wires
5. Payment on a loan
6. Bank deposits (early deposits) from special gifts or reserve accounts
7. Send a wire from your office or bank account

Loans

The Finance Office can assist you with a low interest loan. Loan requests are to be sent to Brian Garrison, Finance Mission Director.

Types of loans: Building, Personal, Auto, Church, Medical

Miscellaneous

• Commerce Bank communications (new account requests, inquiries, etc.)
• Various legal letters (Visas, Apostilles, Income/Employment Verification, etc.)
• Office vault storage – Missionaries can store personal documents in our fireproof storage room.
