The Mission Office was notified that David E. Lingo, Former BBFI Missionary in Chile and Professor at BBC, went home to meet his Lord Wednesday morning, August 2.

He was born August 26, 1947.  David and Barbara served as BBFI missionaries in Chile for 20 years.  He later taught at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri while pastoring Berean Baptist Church in Bolivar, MO until his retirement a few years ago.  He played an important role in training and mentoring future missionaries to minister all over the world.
