Bill Neel, missionary to Japan passed away this morning, August 29, at 3:00 am central time.  Mrs. Neel had just been with him and said her goodbyes before he went to meet his Lord.   Bill and Barbara have been missionaries since 1963.

The funeral service will be held at the Central Baptist Church in Japan, one of the churches started by the Neels.  The Japan service will be on Thursday, August 31, at 1:00 pm.  A memorial service will be held at a later date at Central Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas.  As we receive updates, they will be posted here.
