As missionaries travel about the United States on deputation or furlough, love offerings can keep food on the table or gas in the tank to continue on your journey to find or report to ministry partners.  Oftentimes, it is just what you need at just the right time.  We want to make sure that we process these funds appropriately in order to help you keep your records straight.  As a church asks how you want the check ‘made out’, encourage them to put on the check memo whether it is for a love offering, a gift, or some other special need or project you have.

Please contact us if you find any of the following scenarios on your report so that we can make changes to your account:

• If you find a gift is missing from your statement
• If a church tells you they have started sending in support, but you do not see it listed on your report
• If you see a donor listed that you do not recognize and wonder if the gift is intended for you
• If you see what should be listed as Regular Support, but instead is listed as a Special
• If you see what should be listed as a Love Offering, but instead is listed as Regular Support
