Dear Bro. Konnerup and Friends of the BBFI Missions Office,

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the amazing week that you organized for us and for all of the missionaries who were able to attend the annual Missionary Family Reunion in Branson last week.  Those were five wonderful days!

Not only were we treated better than we deserve, but it was astounding to observe the sheer magnitude of effort and expense that went into making us feel welcomed, cared for and loved throughout the week.  So many of you were involved, we can’t even begin to name you all.  The Konnerups, the Benders, the Garrisons and several others dedicated themselves exclusively to the week of instruction, fun and counsel which touched each one of us.

We both came away relaxed and happy.  We were challenged by the teaching and testimonies of Bro. and Mrs. Stephenson and others and were thankful for the time and effort spent by the staff to help us with questions on how to better ourselves as missionaries and stewards of what God provides to us for the task at hand.  We were challenged to continue on with the mission to which we have been called and look forward to returning to Chile this coming October.

Finally, thank you for all of the prayers and encouragement you have given us through these last four challenging years.  We know you all struggle with your own trials and difficulties of life, yet you constantly reach out to others.  That is special, and we don’t take it lightly.

May the Lord bless you all in the days to come as you continue to serve faithfully for the honor and glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
