Many missionaries have found the QR app to be extremely helpful in tracking expenses as they go, enabling them to streamline the submission of their quarterly report in a timely manner.  Past suggestions from missionaries were implemented in Phase 2 making it even more user friendly.

We are excited to share that work has now begun on Phase 3.  We have received a lot of good feedback and suggestions on how to improve the app even more.  As a result, a few of the new updates may include the following:

• Add Show/Hide Details on the app.  This functionality is only on the website currently.
• Add a column on the Mileage page to total the amount based off of the current years mileage rate.
• Designate which fields are required when adding a transaction by including an asterisk next to the field.
• Recall A7 donor information so donors do not get multiple acknowledgements.
• Remove any other fields on an A7 transaction if Anonymous has been selected.
• Export info into Excel to easily be viewed or printed.
• Add a message to the app/website when the nightly database sync happens.
• Add Work Summary on the QR App.
• Allow for app to show status of QR under List Quarters.
• Add Sort and Search to App Transactions.
• Allow for MoneyControl Import files.

We are still accepting suggestions for Phase 3 to make the app the best yet.  Be sure to contact Kena or Joyce with your ideas!
