It is with both deep sorrow and joyful hope that we announce the homegoing of Barbara Yuchnovicz, BBFI veteran missionary to Taiwan for over 42 years.

Barbara passed from this life into the presence of her Savior on Thursday, September 24, 2026, in North Richland Hills, TX.

We rejoice in knowing that Barbara is now face to face with the Lord she faithfully served and reunited with loved ones who preceded her to heaven.

While she will be greatly missed, we take comfort in the promise of eternal life and a life well-lived for Christ.

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
1 Corinthians 2:9

Please join the BBFI Missionary Family in praying for Barbara’s family during this time of loss.
