October 7 was a monumental day as the BBFI Mission Office was joined by pastors, missionaries and dignitaries from near and far to officially break ground on the new 30-acre plot that will soon be home to state-of-the art retired missionary housing, as well as the new BBFI Mission Office space and training center. If you would like more information about how you can be involved in completing the project, please contact us at info@bbfimissions.com.
Missionaries Frank and Karon Auterson (Ethiopia), George and Luisa Dimakos (Greece) and Bill and Debbie Crawford (Relief) were able to join the groundbreaking ceremony in representing over 600 BBFI missionaries who will benefit from the new complex.
Dr. Carl Boonstra, who served as the third BBFI Mission Director from 1972-1986, and was the one who originated the plans and provisions for retirement housing, joins current director Dr. Jon Konnerup.
