We have a new staff member on our team. Her name is Audrey Garrison and she is our new receptionist. She is a very friendly person with a great smile and warming spirit. We are happy to have her on our team. If you think about it – welcome her with an email message — AGarrison@bbfimissions.com. In case you were wondering about her last name – she is the daughter-in-law to our Associate Director Brian Garrison.
By now, you should have received an email from the office containing the survey about the Missionary Family Reunion. Please take time to fill it out. This will help us as we review all aspects of the reunion and consider future plans for the event. Thank you! For your convenience, I’ve included a link to the survey below.

We sent some information a few weeks ago about switching over from myBBFI to myToolbox. I know, I don’t like changes that much either and especially when it has to do with something I do all the time. If you need help with this, contact Kena at KMann@bbfimissions.com.
Speaking of changes – the software conversion we have been working on for the past two years is finally getting closer to an official GO LIVE date. The company we are transitioning to is WMTek and they work with over 200 mission organizations. They offer much more than just data storage, and that aspect alone has required various accommodations that have added extra time and effort to the conversion process. However, in exchange for all that extra time and effort, we are confident that this conversion will result in a much better user experience for not only the Mission Office staff, but also for you and our donors.
Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. We appreciate your patience as well as your prayers as we draw closer to making the final transition. Beginning next week, we will begin some user testing to help avoid as many hiccups as possible. Once that phase is completed, you will receive some important details regarding the transition. Please keep an eye on your email for this information. This has been a long process for our staff, but the finish line is in sight! I’m so thankful for the talents and abilities of our staff members who have worked tirelessly and made many personal sacrifices throughout this conversion project. We are confident that you will like it once you get past the learning curve. In the meantime, keep your eyes on the Lord and remember to pray for one another.
Your friend,
