• Check your prayer letter/communications template for the correct Contribution Address.  You should no longer have the Kansas City PO Box on any communication, as gifts sent there are now being returned to sender by the Post Office. Please ensure your communications show PO Box 191, Springfield, MO 65801, as your Contribution address.
• Double-Check your donor contact lists to make sure you have the most up-to-date email addresses and mailing addresses for your prayer letters.  When churches and donors don’t hear from their missionaries, we are seeing an increase of funds being redirected, due to lack of communication.
• Triple-Check your EOM before closing day each month.  We can move gifts to different accounts for you more easily if we are notified prior to the end of month closing.  This applies to both online and mailed contributions. (Closing day is always the 3^rd business day before the last day of each month.)
