Veteran missionary, Ken Board (Japan), has written and published his second book entitled “Cherry Blossoms and Tidal Waves,” a collection of 216 stories around events that happened to him or around him during his 53 years of living and serving in Japan. He describes, “some stories, such as The Last Cry of the Dying Rooster, Murder by Baptism, and Stephanie’s Revenge will make you laugh. Other stories, such as The Letter That Arrived Ten Years Later, Forgotten, and Where Are They? may bring tears to your eyes.” Each story ends with a Biblical application intended to connect the reader with similar stories and truths found in the Bible.
