Since its inception in 2009, the Missionary Communication Workshop exists to give missionaries the tools to communicate their vision more effectively. 

On Sunday November 5, a total of 18 missionaries and church ministry leaders gathered at Camp Pondo near Running Springs, CA, to attend this year’s Workshop.  Founders Lewis and Karen McClendon, and other coaches, hosted the group for a week of challenging and rewarding teaching.  These five days are filled with intensive instruction, one-on-one coaching, evaluated speeches, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the San Bernardino National Forest.

As coaches, we are honored to have a small part in the exponential growth of the communication abilities for these choice servants.  We consider this week a must for all missionaries.

The Missionary Communication Workshop is held annually and is fully underwritten by Abound Missionary Services making it free of charge to those serving in various ministry positions such as missionary internships and missionaries on deputation and furlough.
