Dear Missionary Family,

Before we know it, June will be here and many of us will be gathering in Branson Missouri for the Annual BBFI Missionary Family Reunion and I want to make sure you have plenty of time to make plans to attend.

The dates for this year’s Reunion are, June 10-14 at the Radisson Hotel in Branson, Missouri. If you’d like to take a sneak peek at the facility and what it has to offer visit their website at https://www.radisson.com/branson-hotel-mo-65616/mobranso/rooms .

Our guest speaker this year will be Bob Stephenson, pastor of Graceway Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri.  I’m confident pastor Bob will be used of God to minister to us all.   If you have an infant, small children or teenagers they will all have an enjoyable time as there will be capable individuals caring for them as well as providing spiritual encouragement.

The registration DEADLINE for this year’s Reunion is May 23^nd.   After this date, reservations may be made on a “space available” basis until June 3.

Once again this year we will be attending the world famous, Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Show on Monday night and reservations must be made and tickets purchased in advance.   Due to registration changes at Dolly Parton’s Stampede this year we can adjust the number of reservations until May 23, 2019.  After that date the Mission Office must purchase and pay in full for each ticket.  Therefore, this year the Mission Office will be instituting a cancellation deadline for full refund.  If a missionary cancels before May 23, 2019 they can receive a full refund for all Reunion fees paid to date.  If a missionary cancels on or after May 23, 2019 there will be a $45 per person charge that is non-refundable.  If a registered missionary cancels after May 23, 2019 but has not yet paid the reunion fees and payment is to come later there will be a $45.00 charge (per registered person) to their account to cover the loss incurred to Dolly Parton’s Stampede.  Hopefully this will give everyone ample time if you have to change your schedule.

Adults who register before 12:00 Noon on Thursday April 18, 2019, your family will be included in the Grand Prize drawing to be held on Thursday evening June 13th.  You must be present to win.

In order to plan you arrival and departure, two important items to remember:

1. Check in is Monday June 10, from 11AM – 2:00PM with Orientation beginning at 2:30PM
2. The Reunion ends after breakfast on Friday June 14
