Whether you’re considering the WIN or BBFI pathway, knowing the right dates and deadlines can make the difference between waiting another year and moving forward with confidence. Here’s a simple guide to help you plan your application journey in 2026.

The Application Process

Both WIN and BBFI follow a similar process designed to help confirm your calling and get to know you. Each process begins with the red “APPLY” button at the top of the website that leads to our Interest Form. Once you fill out the online form, we’ll be in touch with you about the next steps of the application process.

WIN offers three training and acceptance opportunities each year.

April WIN Training

• February 2 – Interest Form Deadline
• March 2 – Application Deadline
• April 7–9 – WIN Training (Springfield, MO)

July WIN Training

• April 20 – Interest Form Deadline
• May 18 – Application Deadline
• July 13–17 – WIN Training (part of Advanced Mission Training, Springfield, MO)

November WIN Training

• August 10 – Interest Form Deadline
• September 28 – Application Deadline
• November 10–12 – WIN Training (Springfield, MO)

BBFI has two main approval cycles each year, tied to BBFI National Fellowship Meetings.

May Approvals

• January 1 – Interest Form Submission Deadline
• April 28 – May 1 – BBFI National Fellowship Meeting (Springfield, MO)
• July 13–17 – Advanced Mission Training (Springfield, MO)

September Approvals

• May 1 – Interest Form Submission Deadline
• July 13–17 – Advanced Mission Training (Springfield, MO)
• September 21–23 – BBFI National Fellowship Meeting (Avon, MA)
