As of September 2025, there has been a change in how the Field Representatives will be assisting missionaries and the Mission Office. The policy was changed with the following revisions.

We will only have a maximum of 20 committee members. Instead of having a Field Rep responsible for a country or a group of countries, they will be available to help, encourage or assist anywhere needed. They will continue to help the Mission Office with the approval of new missionaries. They will assist the Mission Office where needed for any mission field issues that might arise. Our hope is that these men will travel and visit our missionaries when possible. They will serve a three-year term. The missionaries and Mission Office will still nominate new ones, and they will be approved by the Missions Committee in September each year – per policy.
