The move to the new facility is mostly completed. Everyone has moved into their new offices and things are being put into their places. Now, the staff are trying to remember where everything is. We are excited with the new building and are looking forward to seeing you come by.
On May 2 we will be leading the Missions morning service starting at 10:00 am. Once that service is over near noon we will go over to the new property for a nice lunch and then a short celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony. I hope you will be able to be there.
The last few weeks have been quite busy with the physical move to our new office location and things have gone well. We have, however, experienced some minor challenges related to establishing our new mailing address. By now, you should have received an email from our office regarding some important information about that. I hope you took time to read through it. If you did not receive the email or if you have questions concerning this matter, please communicate with Nancy Gaines at ngaines@bbfimissions.com. Your continued prayers and patience are greatly appreciated.
I’m excited to share with you that our BBFI Missions app has an all-new look and many added features. I encourage you to search for BBFI Missions in your App Store and download it. It’s a great resource for donors and church members, so take a moment to check it out and start sharing it with others. Follow THIS LINK to our recently published Bridge article for more information about all the new features.
When you receive this letter, I will have been in the Philippines for about one week with Dr. Jesalva and his son Kent who is now the pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Cebu. They asked me to join them on their 67th church anniversary and mission conference. I have the privilege to speak and encourage them for both occasions.
Now, I am in Cambodia. I am visiting with some of our missionaries here. In addition, I have spent time with some Filipino missionaries that I met when I first came here in 2000. God is blessing and using them all.
Your prayers for me as I travel and return home soon are much appreciated.
I pray you had a wonderful, fruitful Easter Sunday. Jesus Christ is Risen – He is Risen Indeed!!!
