Can you believe it is 2018? It seems like only yesterday we were worried about what sort of havoc Y2K was going to cause. Do you remember that? As we look back on this past year, there may have been some difficult experiences that are just too hard to erase from our memories. But, through the power of the Holy Spirit we can rise above them and not allow them to influence us this year.

We have redesigned the donate website to make it more simplistic and mobile friendly for your donors. The user interface is easy to navigate and will only take a few screens to finalize a donation. It can be found under the Give menu on our bbfimissions.com website or at donate.bbfimissions.com.

2018 Personal Compensation Worksheets

The IRS has declared a 2% increase in the US cost-of-living for 2018. Beginning in January, the yearly baseline compensation amount will increase to $27,546 for a couple and $20,660 for a single.

There will not be any other changes to the PCW for 2018.

1099 forms for 2017

The 1099 forms for 2017 will be completed no later than January 31, 2018. Please be patient as it takes time to complete the process of preparing the 1099 information. If applicable, please be sure we have your correct tax preparer information.

1. If we have a tax preparer on file for you, a copy of the 1099 information will be sent to your tax preparer and a copy will also be sent to you. Your copy will be included in the first Tribune mail packet sent after the 1099s are completed.
2. If we do not have a tax preparer on file for you, your 1099 information will be mailed First Class no later than January 31, 2018.

Quarterly Report Templates

There will not be any changes to the Quarterly Report Template in 2018.

Following are a few of the many things I am praying for in the New Year:

• More churches involved in missions
• More people giving to missions
• Increased support for missionaries
• More people saved
• More people baptized
• More funds for projects
• More surrendering for missions
• More countries reached with the Gospel
• Many new churches started
• Good health for our missionaries
• Protection from all harm and the enemy

H – hundreds of new believers worldwide

A – abundant time for relaxation

P – power from Almighty God

P – plenty of love when you need it the most

Y – youthful excitement in ministry

N – nights of restful slumber

E – everything you need through God’s supply

W- waiting on the Lord and His leading

Y – year of good health

E – enjoyment and peace that passes all understanding

A – angels to watch over you

R – remember, the Mission Office is behind you
