There has been a change in plans for our May Mission Field Committee Meeting/Missionary Approvals. As you know the May Fellowship Meeting has been cancelled. We originally thought we would still be able to host the Mission Field Committee Meeting and Approval Ceremony at the Mission Office, as originally planned. However, because things are seeming to last longer with the social distancing mandates and travel restrictions due to the coronavirus, it appears that it would be best to move the Mission Field Committee Meeting/Missionary Approvals to Thursday, July 16 and Friday, July 17, just before the Advanced Mission Training (formerly known as Candidate School) begins the following week, Monday, July 20 through Friday, July 24.

We do not have all the specifics worked out at this point in time. We pray that the current circumstances will have improved enough by that time enabling as many committee members, pastors and missionaries as possible to attend and participate in the approval process and also for the missionaries to attend the training the following week.
