Phase II of the MyQReport has begun. Here is an overview of what will be updated in this phase.
1. The app will have access to photos on your mobile devices. This will help if you want to quickly take pictures of your receipts to enter at a later day/time.
2. A new column will be added to easily show the exchange amount next to the US dollar amount on the ‘List Transaction’ screen.
3. EOM statement totals will be broken out by month instead of quarter for easier review of information.
4. The app will rotate with your mobile device based off the orientation.
5. The app will reflect EOM totals in red and recurring in italics, like the website does.
6. Updating how the app’s mobile device keyboard responds to fields. For example, if a numeric field is selected inside the app, the mobile device keyboard will default to the number keypad.
7. Adding the ability to have the app track mileage.
8. Allowing the app to import itineraries based off a CSV/text file.
9. Allow file imports from other programs such as Quicken or bank statements.
10. Updating the verbiage and cosmetics of a few areas.
If you aren’t using the app/website, I highly suggest checking it out. The app can be found on the Google Play store and the App store by searching for MyQReport.
I am always taking requests for updates to this app/website. If you don’t see something you wish the app could do, please reach out to me.
