Often missionaries call our office looking for possible locations where they can stay while they are on the road for deputation or visiting churches during furlough. The Mission Office provides three options to help you locate the housing that best fits you and your family.

Two small apartments here on the second floor of the Mission Office are often frequented by visiting missionaries. Rooms can be rented for 1-14 nights at $20 per night for couples, or $25 per night for families. Rooms include a bedroom with a queen bed, a pull out couch, bath and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and TV/basic cable. Payments are deducted from the missionary’s account. Churches and individuals have posted available homes in the Missionary Connection Classified Ads. By scrolling down to the bottom of the main page (bbfimissions.com/mc), you will see a number of homes across the country listed there, along with contact information. Check back often as additional homes are occasionally added.

You can also locate a mission apartment by logging into myBBFI and clicking either BBFI Contact Directory or Google Map of BBFI Churches. You can search by Church Name, City, or State, then click on “More Info”. This page will display whether a church has a mission apartment or not.
