The last time we asked everyone to complete a life beneficiary form was in 2010. A lot changes in 14 years!

Please click on THIS LINK and complete a new beneficiary form as soon as possible. Married couples need to each complete a separate form.

Return the form(s) to Nancy Gaines at the Mission Office by mail or email ngaines@bbfimissions.com.

If you recently updated your form(s), you do not need to do another one. However, if it has been over five years, we highly recommend updating.

If you don’t remember who you listed, please fill out and submit another form listing who you want now.

Remember it is not recommended to list minors (under age 18) as beneficiaries.

It is a good practice to think about your life insurance beneficiaries anytime you have a life-changing event. Loss of a loved one, birth, marriage etc. — not just for the life policy you have with the BBFI, but any additional policies you might have.
