If you have not logged in for a while, International Medical Group (IMG) has redesigned your MyIMG web-page and we wanted to make you aware of a few of the changes.
The new link for your page is, https://www.imglobal.com/member/login
Your user ID and password are the same. If you have not signed up for your MyIMG web-page you can do so by following the link above and selecting the “Create an Account” option on the home screen. It only takes a few simple steps to complete the enrollment.
Once you have logged in you will notice the updated homepage is easier to navigate.
Clicking on the “Profile” box will allow you to update personal information like e-mail address, passwords etc.
To view your profile, click the “Documents” box. You will be prompted to select your current Certificate Number and name of the insured. Once you have done so, it will take you to a page that allows you to do things like, print a copy of your Medical Card, print a Proof of Coverage letter or access a copy of the current year’s Medical.
Selecting the “My Claims” box will also prompt you to select your Certificate Number and insured’s name. This screen will show you all of your processed claims. Clicking on the “View Details” tab will allow you to see the providers paid on the claims. Clicking “Benefit Details (EOB)” will allow you to view the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for the claim.
Click “Dashboard” from the top menu bar to return to the start.
The “Resources” bars on to the right of the page will allow you to “Search for a Provider” that is in network. For the Career Plan we are in the First Health Network. Remember, the network requirement applies only while you are stateside.
There is also an option to start a “Precertification” for procedures being done while you are the field.
