The world population is growing at an alarming rate and with that growth comes a greater responsibility to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth. On top of that, there are currently more opportunities to spread the Gospel than ever before, therefore it is imperative that we see men and women answering God’s call to missions.
In Matthew 9:38, we are commanded, by Jesus, to pray for more laborers to fulfill the Great Commission. In response to this command, the BBFI Mission Office is launching PROJECT 938 to rally the churches of the Baptist Bible Fellowship International to pray for more laborers. PROJECT 938 is an intentional call for concerted prayer that men and women will hear and surrender to the call of God.
Would you consider joining the BBFI Mission Office, this year, in praying for more missionaries to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Visit project938.world to register and for more information on how your church can get involved in Project 938 and join us every Tuesday morning at 10 AM CT on YouTube for the 938 Podcast.
In conjunction with Project 938 Sunday, a new documentary will be released this Fall by the BBFI Mission Office. This documentary is a 30 minute look at the life and legacy of BBFI Career Missionary, Marjorie Browning (Brazil). All churches registered for PROJECT 938 will receive this documentary in the Resource Pack that will be released in September, leading into 938 Sunday. To get a taste of what the documentary will be like, you can view the official trailer HERE.
