I moved from Contributions to the Front desk in September. My new responsibilities include maintaining your missionary information including addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, status changes and so much more.
Did you know that we have made it more convenient for you to notify us of any of these changes?
To make notifying the Mission Office more convenient for you, a Missionary Status Change form was created to allow you to inform us without having to wait for business hours to call the office. You will find the form on the The Mission Office website by clicking “MyBBFI” located in the menu bar on the homepage. Once you log into MyBBFI, you will find a link to the form that looks like the following:
Did you know this form is simple and easy to fill out?
This simple, fill-in-the-blank form allows you to provide travel dates when you are coming and going for Furlough, Temporary Stateside visits or other reasons. This will also allow you to communicate with our office regarding how you would like to have your mail handled whether you are here in the states or on the field. Any change to your contact or status information can also be entered into this form through various applicable fields, with only four pieces of the data being Required as noted by the orange asterisk.*
Did you know this form is e-mailed directly to our office?
Once the form is filled out and submitted, it is automatically sent to the receptionist’s e-mail address, and she will update your status and information in our system accordingly. This will ensure that the Mission Office has your most up-to-date contact information.
