(a recent prayer letter received from James & Lori Bradley, Mexico)
After returning from visiting some of our supporting churches in Arizona, we started off February attending the regional Pastor’s Fellowship meeting. It was a great time of fellowship and teaching. Lori was invited to teach the women. Her theme was “Strengthening your marriage when facing emotional and spiritual crisis.” There was some great feedback from the ladies afterwards and we trust that the teaching will continue to help the ladies that were present.
This year instead of having a couple’s banquet, we decided to have a church-wide fellowship to celebrate our church and what God has done and wants to do in us and through us. It was a great time of testimonies during the service. People thanked God that we have a loving church, a church with sound doctrine, and a church that cares about and is trying to reach the world, just to name a few. After the meal, we played games…name a parable, name a book of the Bible that starts with a certain letter, name a miracle of Jesus, connect Bible husbands with their wives, and a little corn hole just for fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was a fun time as a church family.
The first Sunday of February we were able to recognize four church members who accomplished reading the whole Bible in 2025. Each of them received a new Bible to continue studying God’s Word. The first of March we also recognized another lady who started reading in March 2025 and finished reading the end of February. She also received a Bible with large print to make it easier to read and study.
After more than two years, we were informed on February 27th that the registration of our church has been approved! What this means is that the church will be considered a legal entity and can own property and receive other tax benefits. We are so excited to know that this step is nearing its completion. There are still more hoops to jump through but the important thing is that we have been approved. Praise the Lord. Another big step completed towards becoming an independent, self-supporting church.
Thank you for all you do for us and for your missionaries around the world.
