I am talking about a serious innovation in videoing the mission field. The Mavic is a new flying camera drone from DJI, the creators of the Phantom line of drones. This could be an incredible tool to help create a video, or lets face it simply play.
The best feature is it small portability. Watch the video below, it looks slightly bigger that a water bottle! That is huge for travel! Like the rest of DJI’s drones it records in 4k resolution. It’s also smart, for a drone. It can track anyone in the picture following them as it’s camera shoot video. It’s hard to crash; with sensors all around so it can avoid trees, cliff, and building. I’m really not doing it justice. Watch the video and imagine the possibilities.
