I am a Midwest USA  girl that God has placed in North Wales UK.  The journey God has used to get me to this point has been all about just taking each step He has laid out for me.

The first step in that journey was beginning a personal relationship with Him.  That relationship remains the most important one in my life and the foundation for everything else I do.

My relationship with Christ lead me to attend Bible College which lead me to my Husband.  Which lead me to a job in full time ministry.  Then came our first baby, and almost at the same time leaving that nice job in full time ministry.

From there, God directed our lives overseas.  It was a path I didn’t see coming at the time, but has been the greatest adventure I could ever imagine.  We traveled the US for nearly 4 years raising our support to move over and added another member to our family in that time.

As of February 2015, we have finally landed in Wales.  And I couldn’t be happier.  We love family life. We love the ministry we do. And we love the village we live in. 

Regardless of where I am at now, I’m still on that journey of following my Savior.  I’m doing it one step at a time and learning to love the process. – Rebekah Wright | Wearing My Heart Overseas
