You now have the option to view your tax documents online instead of waiting for them to arrive in the mail.

Why should I sign up for this?

• You will have access to historical tax documents, currently going back to 2021 with the possibility of going back even further in the future.
• You can view your tax documents as soon as they are ready in January – no need to wait for them to show up in the mail (perfect for those in countries where mail is unreliable or insecure).

How do I sign up for this?

• Log into your myToolbox.com account and sign the BBFI Consent Form in the Tax Documents folder.
• Once submitted, the Finance Office will receive the consent form and will update your account.
• You will receive an email from the Finance Office when your tax documents are ready to view.
• Log back into your myToolbox.com account and access your tax documents in the Tax Documents folder.

FAQs

• Will this have any effect on my tax preparer?

A: No, if you have a tax preparer on file, they will continue to receive copies of all your tax documents.

• Will I still receive a paper copy of my tax documents in January?

A: No, signing up for digital access to your tax documents replaces your paper copy.

• How will I know when my tax documents are ready to view each year?

A: You will receive an email, in January, once the tax documents are ready to view.
