It is with mixed emotions of deep sadness and rejoicing that we inform you of the homegoing of Uldine Steffy, BBFI veteran missionary in the Philippines for over 67 years. Uldine passed from this earthly life into heaven on Thursday, September 25, in Springfield, Missouri. This world lost another light in the darkness as she met her Savior face to face and was reunited with many she loved so dearly that preceded her to heaven.

One can only imagine her joy when she met her Savior, saw the glories of Heaven and heard her Savior say, “Well Done!”
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
1 Corinthians 2:9

Uldine was preceded in death by her husband David in 2021. Please join the entire BBFI Missionary Family in praying for her daughter Joanna and her family as they grieve this tremendous loss.
