2026 Personal Compensation Worksheets

New cost-of-living tables are released each year in January.  There will be some changes in the field COLAs for 2026, but there are several areas where the COLA may remain the same.

The Social Security Administration has declared a 2.8% increase in the US cost-of-living for 2026.  The yearly baseline compensation amount will increase to $36,482 per year for a couple and $27,362 per year for a single.

1099 Forms for 2025

The 1099 forms for 2025 will be completed no later than January 31, 2026. Please be patient as it takes time to complete the process of preparing the 1099 information.

1. If you have provided consent to view tax documents in your mytoolbox, the tax documents will be available to view and download after January 31 in your mytoolbox. If we have a tax preparer on file for you, your tax preparer will also receive a copy.
2. If you have not provided consent to view the tax documents in your mytoolbox, a copy of the 1099 documents will be sent to your tax preparer and a copy will also be sent to you.  Your copy will be included in the first mail packet sent after the 1099s are completed.  These documents will NOT be sent by email.
3. If we do not have a tax preparer on file for you, your 1099 information will be mailed to you via First Class after January 31..  These documents will NOT be sent by email.
4. Tax Preparer changes or additions should be emailed to Wendi Page (wpage@bbfimissions.com) in Finance before January 23.
